PetroFrontier Corp. has appointed Earl Scott as COO of PetroFrontier and president of its two wholly-owned Australian subsidiaries, PetroFrontier (Australia) Pty. Ltd. and Texalta (Australia) Pty. Ltd.

James “Jim” Strawn, who has more than three decades of experience as an oil and gas attorney, has joined energy law firm Burleson LLP in the Pittsburgh location as Of Counsel.
