GeoPetro Resources Company is a cash-flowing independent exploration, development and production company that utilizes advanced technologies to systematically explore for and develop domestic and international oil and natural gas reserves. We focus our exploration and development activities on high impact projects in areas where we believe technology and knowledge of our management can be used effectively to maximize our return on invested capital by reducing drilling risk and enhancing our ability to grow reserves and production volumes. Our exploration and development activities are currently concentrated in three core areas: the United States, Canada and Indonesia. We maintain a dominant working interest in our domestic projects while maintaining a meaningful carried interest in our international projects.
