Eclipse Resources founded with $150 million equity commitment

Benjamin W. Hulburt and Christopher K. Hulburt, former senior executive officers of Rex Energy Corp., have formed Eclipse Resources I LP, an independent oil and natural gas company headquartered in State College, Pa., with a $150 million equity commitment from EnCap Investments LP and from Eclipse management.
