Foothills Resources, Inc. is a publicly traded, independent oil and gas company with primary operations in the Eel River Basin in northern California, the Texas Gulf Coast and the prolific Anadarko Basin in Oklahoma. Foothills has a balanced portfolio of oil and natural gas: 53% crude and 47% natural gas. Proved reserves at December 31, 2006 were 8.4 million barrels of oil equivalent, of which 54% is classified as proved developed. Probable reserves at the end of 2006 were approximately 3.7 MMBOE, bringing the total of proved and probable reserves to approximately 12.1 MMBOE with a PV-10 value of approximately $161 million. Net production at year-end 2006 was 690 barrels of oil-equivalent per day.
