Bucking Horse Energy Inc. is a niche-focused oil and gas exploration, development and production company. The company’s operations are exclusively focused in the highly prolific Pinedale Field within the Green River Basin of southwestern Wyoming. Bucking Horse’s low risk development strategy within Pinedale has allowed the Company to benefit from a 99% success rate on development of its key assets within Pinedale.

At year-end 2007, the company had provided reserved of 101 Bcfe and probable reserves of 60 Bcfe based on year-end 2007 constant pricing assumptions of $5.97 per MMBTU.
