    MLPs dominate North American oil and gas IPOs

    North American oil and gas IPO activity continued to rise in 2014 as MLPs accounted for nearly half of the overall deals during the year, according to a recent EY report.

    Antero closes Antero Midstream Partners IPO

    Antero Resources Corp. has reported the completion of Antero Midstream Partners LP's initial public offering of 46,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership at a price to the public of $25 per common unit, including the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase an additional 6,000,000 common units. 

    Antero prices upsized IPO above the range

    Antero Resources Corp. has priced the Antero Midstream Partners LP initial public offering of 40,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership at $25 per common unit. The Partnership was initially offering 37,500,000 common units at an estimated price range of $19 to $21 per common unit. 

    Antero launches IPO

    Antero Resources Corp. has begun the Antero Midstream Partners LP (the Partnership) initial public offering of 37,500,000 common units representing limited partner interests in the Partnership, at an anticipated initial public offering price between $19 and $21 per common unit, pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 previously filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.  

    EnLink Midstream LLC drops down E2 entities to Enlink Midstream Partners LP

    EnLink Midstream Partners LP has acquired equity interests in E2 Appalachian Compression LLC and E2 Energy Services LLC from EnLink Midstream LLC for total consideration of $193 million, including a cash payment of $163 million and approximately 1.0 million ENLK units.

    Antero increases borrowing base to $4B

    Antero Resources Corp. reports that the borrowing base under its bank credit facility has been increased to $4 billion. This represents a $1 billion increase over Antero's previous borrowing base announced in May.
