    Enterprise to build NG facility, pipelines to serve Delaware Basin

    Enterprise Products Partners LP plans to construct a new cryogenic natural gas processing plant in Eddy County, New Mexico, and associated natural gas and natural gas liquid (NGL) pipeline infrastructure to facilitate growing production of NGL-rich natural gas in the Delaware Basin. These assets are expected to begin operations in the first quarter of 2016.

    Vanguard acquires Piceance properties, increases borrowing base

    Vanguard Natural Resources LLC has closed on its acquisition of natural gas and liquids assets in the Piceance Basin in Colorado from Bill Barrett Corp. for an adjusted purchase price of $508.7 million. The effective date of the acquisition is July 1.
