    Red Emperor Resources NL, an Australian oil and gas exploration company, has an oversubscribed placing, through its London Broker, Brandon Hill Capital, and its Australian Broker, 708 Capital, of 72,000,000 new ordinary shares at $0.063 or GBP 0.04 (AUD 0.08) per share to raise $4.53 million or GBP 2.88 million (AUD 5.76 million) before expenses.

    Transparency Market Research has released a new market report titled "Hydraulic Fracturing Market – Global Industry Analysis, Size, Share, Growth Trends, and Forecast, 2014 – 2022" that says the global hydraulic fracturing market stood at 21.34 MHHP in 2013 and is expected to reach 33.97 MHHP by 2022 at a CAGR of 5.30% from 2014 to 2022. In terms of revenue, the global hydraulic fracturing market was valued at US$38,320 million and is estimated to reach US$66,059.42 million at a CAGR of 6.12% from 2014 to 2022.

    PTT appoints head of PTTEP as new president and CEO

    In Thailand, PTT Public Co. Ltd. has named Tevin Vongvanich, who currently leads subsidiary PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP), as the company’s new CEO, replacing Pailin Chuchottaworn, whose term ends Sept. 9. In addition to his new role, Vongvanich will continue to lead PTTEP.
