    Mosman to acquire Trident

    Mosman Oil & Gas Ltd.

    Mosman Oil & Gas Ltd., an oil exploration and development company focused on Australia and New Zealand, is proceeding with the acquisition of Trident Energy, which has three exploration permits located in the prospective Canning, Amadeus, and Otway basins.

    These assets provide exposure to both conventional and unconventional oil and gas opportunities located across the Otway, Amadeus, and Canning basins in Australia, and increases Mosman’s portfolio from two to five permits.

    EnLink Midstream completes projects in south Louisiana, West Texas

    The EnLink Midstream companies, EnLink Midstream Partners LP and EnLink Midstream LLC, have completed the construction of Phase II of the Cajun-Sibon natural gas liquids (NGL) expansion project in South Louisiana. The partnership has also completed the construction of the Bearkat natural gas processing plant and rich gas gathering system in West Texas.

    Total’s affiliate, Total E&P USA, has signed an agreement to sell its 25% interest in Cardinal Gas Services LLC, a midstream company in Ohio’s Utica shale play, to E1 Corp. and a consortium led by Samchully, both from Korea, for $400 million plus an estimated price adjustment of $50 million.

    Fluor Corp. has been awarded an engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction contract by Fort Hills Energy LP for the utilities scope of the Fort Hills oil sands mining project. The project is located about 90 kilometers north of Fort McMurray in Alberta, Canada.
