    Addax Minerals to sell mineral, royalty interests in Barnett shale

    Addax Minerals

    Addax Minerals has retained E-Spectrum Advisors LLC, an affiliate of Energy Spectrum Advisors Inc., to sell certain producing mineral and royalty interests in core areas of the Barnett shale play.

    The package includes interests in 268 wells across 63 units in Tarrant and Johnson counties, Texas. Monthly cash flow averages $158,752 per month (100% gas).

    The properties are operated by Chesapeake, Exxon, EnerVest, Devon, and Legend. Upside includes a deep inventory of proven and probable drilling locations.

    The Online Data Room is now open. Bids are due July 30.
