    Tanjung, Bourbon Far East enter into deal discussions

    Bourbon Far East Pte. Ltd.

    Tanjung Offshore Bhd. and Bourbon Far East Pte. Ltd. (BOURBON FE) have entered into exclusive discussions for the sale of 51% ownership of nine Bourbon offshore supply vessels operating in Malaysia.

    In parallel, Tanjung has invited BOURBON to become a shareholder in their company. Both parties are actively reviewing the proposed transaction, and a final decision will be made within the coming months.

    Carnarvon to explore two permits in Barrow sub-basin

    Carnarvon Petroleum Ltd. has been awarded two contiguous blocks on the eastern flank of the prolific oil producing Barrow sub-basin: Petroleum Exploration Permit EP-490 (bid block L11-6) and TP/27 (bid block T11-3) offshore Western Australia. Carnarvon is the operator and 100% working interest holder in these blocks, which cover a total area of 675 square miles (1,750 square kilometers).
