    Parker Drilling board member resigns

    Parker Drilling Co.

    Parker Drilling Co. (NYSE-PKD), an international provider of contract drilling and drilling-related services and rental tools to the energy industry, has reported the resignation of Peter C. Wallace from the company's board of directors. 

    Wallace’s departure follows his recent appointment as CEO of Gardner Denver Inc. He resigned from the Parker Drilling board as of June 13.
