    Lilis Energy regains NASDAQ compliance

    Lilis Energy Inc.

    Lilis Energy Inc. (Nasdaq:LLEX) has been informed by the NASDAQ Stock Market that, based on the June 11 and 17 filings of the company's Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013, and Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2014, respectively, that the company complies with the periodic filing requirement of Rule 5250(c)(1).

    Lilis Energy is a Denver-based independent oil and gas exploration and production company that operates in the Denver-Julesburg Basin. The company’s near-term E&P focus is to grow reserves and production in its Greater Wattenberg field leasehold targeting the Niobrara benches and Codell sandstone.

    Magellan Midstream Partners LP has extended the open season for commitments on the Saddlehorn pipeline to transport various grades of crude oil from the Niobrara shale play in northeast Colorado to Magellan's storage facilities in Cushing, Oklahoma. Binding commitments are now due by 5 p.m. Central Time on Feb. 27.
