    Energy Transfer holds pipeline open season

    Energy Transfer Partners LP

    Energy Transfer Partners LP (NYSE: ETP) has launched a binding open season to assess interest in committed service under local and joint tariffs for crude oil pipeline transportation from multiple points of receipt in North Dakota to various Midwest and Gulf Coast refineries and terminals, including Sunoco Logistics Partners LP’s (NYSE: SXL) crude oil terminal in Nederland, Texas.

    The binding open season for this Bakken/Three Forks transportation service to multiple markets will begin at 12 p.m. Central Time on March 12.

    Energy Transfer Partners LP’s affiliate, ETP Crude LLC, will begin a binding open season for a new pipeline, the Delaware Basin Crude Gathering Pipeline, which will have the capacity to accept approximately 120,000 barrels per day of crude oil from receipt points located in Reeves County, Texas, and Lea County, New Mexico, for transportation to delivery points in Loving County, Texas, and Lea County, New Mexico. The open season began Aug. 6 and will end on Sept. 4.
