Williams and Williams Partners realign executive responsibilities

Williams and Williams Partners

Williams (NYSE: WMB) and Williams Partners (NYSE: WPZ) have realigned executive leadership responsibilities to further enhance their operating and commercial capabilities. The realignment results in new leaders for the Northeast Gathering & Processing operating area and Williams’ Corporate Strategic Development function.

Jim Scheel will serve as senior vice president of the Northeast Gathering & Processing operating area, with responsibility for gathering and processing business in the Marcellus and Utica shale regions. Scheel currently serves on the boards of the general partners of Williams Partners LP and Access Midstream.

Frank Billings will serve as senior vice president of corporate strategic development, with responsibility for enterprise-level business development and customer relationship management. He most recently led the Northeast Gathering & Processing operating area. He is a board member for the Natural Gas Supply Association, and previously served on the executive board of the Marcellus Share Coalition.
