    Williams Partners prices $1B of Senior Notes

    Williams Partners LP

    Williams Partners LP (NYSE: WPZ) has priced a public offering of $600 million of its 4.5% senior notes due 2023 at a price of 99.396% of par and $400 million of its 5.8% senior notes due 2043 at a price of 99.339% of par. The expected settlement date for the offering is Nov. 15.

    Williams Partners plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay amounts outstanding under the partnership's commercial paper program, to fund capital expenditures and for general partnership purposes.

    JP Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and RBS Securities Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.

    Williams Partners LP is a diversified master limited partnership focused on natural gas transportation; gathering, treating, and processing; storage; natural gas liquid (NGL) fractionation; and oil transportation.
