Norton Rose and Fulbright & Jaworski LLP have completed a combination of the firms, creating a global legal practice, Norton Rose Fulbright.
Norton Rose Fulbright will provide legal skills in corporate, M&A and securities; banking and finance; dispute resolution and litigation; intellectual property; antitrust and competition; employment and labor; real estate; and tax. Norton Rose Fulbright also depth and experience in global regulation and investigations, with regulatory lawyers located around the world.
Through the combination, Norton Rose Fulbright has enhanced depth and breadth of resources across its key industry sector strengths: financial institutions; energy; infrastructure, mining and commodities; technology and innovation; transport; and life sciences and healthcare.
Global chief executive, Peter Martyr, will continue to lead the global executive management team and is joined on the team by managing partner of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, Kenneth Stewart. Norton Rose Fulbright’s global chairman is Adrian Ahern, based in Sydney.
