Black Elk Energy names Koch CFO

Black Elk Energy Offshore Operations LLC

Black Elk Energy Offshore Operations LLC, an independent oil and gas company headquartered in Houston, has appointed Bruce Koch as CFO.

Koch is an experienced senior executive with over 25 years of financial, accounting, tax, treasury, information technology and M&A experience. Prior to joining Black Elk Energy, he served as CFO of Paradigm, Cal Dive International Inc., and Nabors Industries Ltd.  He began his professional career in public accounting, working at KPMG LLP and Coopers Lybrand LLP in Baltimore, Maryland.

Koch is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.

The company named Marizza Piché as its first general counsel in March of this year.
