    Allegro names managing directors in EMEA and APAC

    Allegro Development Corp.

    Allegro Development Corp., a provider of energy trading and risk management (ETRM) software, has appointed Steven Ferrigno as managing director of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA); and Mark Weaser as managing director of Asia-Pacific (APAC).

    Prior to joining Allegro, Ferrigno, who has expertise in selling enterprise technology in the supply chain, retail and industry sectors, served as a senior director for Oracle Retail in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  He also served as a management executive for EXE Technologies and commercial director at Infor.  Ferrigno spent 15 years working as a currency broker in three financial centers; running spot desks in New York, Frankfurt and London.  He also serves as an executive advisor and management consultant for Weigandt-Consulting in Germany.

    Weaser has over 24 years of experience with technology and logistics companies and an extensive network in Asia-Pacific markets. Weaser served as director of business development for Modern Terminals; president, Asia-Pacific for Manugistics; and vice president, Asia-Pacific for Manhattan Associates as well as vice president, Asia-Pacific for EXE Technologies.
