Carla M. DiCicco has joined Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as Of Counsel to the firm. She joins the firm’s energy law team practicing out of the Southpointe Business Park office located in Canonsburg, PA.
DiCicco previously served as senior counsel for Burleson LLP where she was responsible for reviewing, editing and writing certified oil and gas title opinions. Prior to this position, DiCicco worked for two major energy companies as a Contract Title Curative Agent where she drafted various types of industry-related documents, reviewed and analyzed certified title opinions and also performed on site inspection of properties subject to gas leases. DiCicco also spent 12 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Pittsburgh (Allegheny County), Pennsylvania and subsequently maintained a private practice for several years.
DiCicco earned her Bachelor’s degree from The College of Wooster and her JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
