Williams focuses his practice primarily on the oil and gas industry at all stages of the commercial process. Paul has acted for clients involved in petroleum transactions in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa.

Harris received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his B.A. cum laude, from the University of California at Santa Barbara. On November 28, 2012, the partners of SNR Denton voted to combine with international law firm Salans and Canadian law firm Fraser Milner Casgrain (FMC) to create Dentons. The new firm will launch effective March 28, 2013.
