    A 3D scanning research project has been launched at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in conjunction with Oil and Gas UK. The data gathered will help to inform the future design of safety equipment, survival clothing and space requirements on offshore installations. Research Associate Robert Ledingham has been appointed to work on the size and shape study.
