Energy finance partner Fox joins Bracewell & Giuliani's London office

Energy finance partner Jason Fox has joined Bracewell & Giuliani LLP in its London office. He joins the firm from Herbert Smith Freehills and is the third partner named to Bracewell’s London office this year. Fox will assume the role of senior partner in the London office, and along with Julian Nichol and Alastair Young.

Fox focuses on financing for the oil and gas industry. He has advised on more than 100 upstream oil and gas transactions as well as other financings in the wider energy arena. Fox represents commercial banks, investment banks, other lenders, and independent oil and gas companies in a variety of complex financings, particularly reserve based lending transactions. He has experience throughout Europe, Africa and Asia.

The firm’s London office works closely with other Bracewell offices, particularly those in New York, Dubai and Houston, to provide English, US and local laws services to clients across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Middle East. The primary focus of the London office’s practice is international finance, projects, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional work, particularly for clients active in the energy sector.
