Newly formed Raymond James | Albrecht to provide oil and gas asset sales advisory services

Albrecht & Associates, an oil and gas divestment firm specializing in the property market, and the Raymond James Energy Acquisitions & Divestitures Advisory Practice have combined to form Raymond James | Albrecht.

The newly created practice, which resides within Raymond James Energy Investment Banking, is focused on providing advisory services to energy companies and individuals that are considering oil and gas asset sales.

“By combining our A&D expertise with Raymond James’ full-service Energy Investment Banking team, we are strengthening and expanding the scale and ways that we can serve our clients’ best interests,” said Bob Albrecht, president. “I’m proud of the work that the Albrecht & Associates team has done since I founded the firm in 1987, and I know that our clients will benefit from the services provided by Raymond James | Albrecht.”

“The new Raymond James | Albrecht team will work side by side to find the right solutions for our clients’ unique needs,” said Chris Simon, managing director. “We have a highly skilled team of experts from investment banking, A&D, engineering and geoscience that remain committed to getting full value for our clients’ assets.”

Albrecht, Simon and executive vice president Harrison Williams will serve as joint co-heads of acquisitions & divestitures.
