UniversalPegasus International, an engineering, project management and construction management company serving the energy industry, has appointed Meg Lassarat as CFO.
Lassarat will oversee the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the Houston-based oilfield services organization.
Lassarat joins UPI from Mustang Engineering LP where she was CFO for eight years. She began her career with KPMG Peat Marwick in public accounting; but has served in the global oilfield industry for the past 20 years.
Lassarat holds a degree from Texas A&M University.
