A second top executive at Bill Barrett Corp. has left, according to a company filing Tuesday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
One week after Fred Barrett announced his resignation as chairman, CEO, and president of Bill Barrett Corp., another top executive has left the company.
Citing a company filing Tuesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, The Denver Business Journal reported that Kurt M. Reinecke, Bill Barrett’s executive vice president of exploration, resigned from the Denver-based oil and gas company on Monday.
Reinecke joined Bill Barrett in 2002 following a long career with the company’s predecessor, Barrett Resources.
Terms of Reinecke’s separation agreement are expected to be reported at a later date.
