Norse Energy Corp. conducts its business through Norse Energy Corp. USA and is actively seeking a buyer for approximately 130,000 net acres near the New York-Pennsylvania border containing oil, natural gas liquids and dry gas with access to major pipelines.
The Central New York acreage contains Herkimer and other sandstones, and Marcellus and Utica shales. The Western New York acreage contains the Bradford Oil Sands, Upper Devonian, Marcellus and Utica Shales.
