Oilfield service and supply company Select Energy Services LLC has acquired Schneider Energy Services Inc. in an effort to grow its Niobrara Shale and DJ Basin presence.

Schneider is a Greeley, Colorado based oil service company that was founded by Jeff Schneider in 1986. The company priovides a number of services including consulting, roustabout, well testing, valve rental and repair, swab rigs, pumping services and equipment rental to the oil and gas industry operating in the DJ Basin and Niobrara Shale.

The company is a provider of water related solutions through its sourcing, transfer, hauling, well testing, disposal and treatment operations and also performs infrastructure services.
