THE NETHERLANDS – Offshore Solutions BV (OSBV), the joint venture between AMEC and Cofely Nederland NV,has appointed Lindsay Young as managing director.
Young joins the business from RBG Ltd. (RBG) where he was operations director for its UK business.
With more than 25 years experience within contractor companies in the global energy industry, Young previously held senior operations and business development positions with Aker Kvaerner, KBR and latterly RBG.
He replaces former managing director, Ian Sadler, who has stepped down to pursue other business interests.
The Offshore Access System (OAS) and the smaller Offshore Transfer System (OTS) produced by Offshore Solutions, connects a vessel to an offshore installation to allow the safe transfer of personnel.
