HOUSTON - Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. (NYSE: COG) has named G. Kevin Cunningham to the position of general counsel. Cunningham joined the company as associate general counsel in November 2009.
Cunningham is a University of Texas Law School graduate and has worked at Fortune 500 E&P companies in both legal and business positions since 1982.
His experience includes all phases of oil and gas project generation, development and operation in the US and internationally.
Cabot, which expects to spend $500-$600 million in 2001, operates in the onshore Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast, Rocky Mountains, Appalachia and Mid-Continent.
