Erik Herlyn has resigned as president and CEO of Petromanas Energy Inc. Verne Johnson, chairman of the board, will be the interim CEO until a new CEO is appointed.
Petromanas Energy Inc. is an international oil and gas company focused on the exploration and development of its assets in Albania.
Petromanas, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, holds three Production Sharing Contracts with the Albanian government. Under the terms of the PSCs, Petromanas has a 100% working interest in six onshore blocks (Blocks A, B, D, E, 2 and 3) that comprise more than 1.7 million acres across Albania's Berati thrust belt.
