Bucharest, Romania-based oil and gas services company Prospectiuni SA has named Jeffrey M. Rayner as vice president of equity investments.
Rayner's primary role will be to identify and negotiate opportunities for Prospectiuni to invest services for equity in oil and gas projects. He will also assist in creating new opportunities for Prospectiuni's Data Processing and Interpretation division. He will split his time between Romania and California.
Rayner has 34 years of experience as a geophysicist with several international E&P companies including Benton Oil and Gas Co. where he was one of the first five employees.
Rayner holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.
Prospectiuni provides geologic, geochemical, hydrogeology and geologic exploring and prospecting services with over 55 years experience in the Romanian oil and gas industry.
