Duncan Moodie, CFO of Petroflow Energy Ltd. has resigned. Tucker Franciscus has been named interim CFO. Franciscus has been working for Petroflow for several months as a financial consultant.
Petroflow predominately engages in unconventional drilling in the Hunton Resource Play in Oklahoma, as well as conventional activity in Texas and Alberta, ON.
